Title: Soft Bean Tacos

Yield: 6 Servings

16ozBlack beans, canned or
1 Dried beans cooked and
1 Seasoned
1/2cChopped celery
1/4cChopped red onion
1/4cPicante sauce
2tbNo-oil italian dressing
6 Whole grain flour tortillas

Mix together all ingredients, except the tortillas and chill. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Scoop 1/3 cup beans into flour tortilla and roll. Place in baking dish and heat for 20 minutes. Serves 6 Calories: 186 Fat: 1.3 gm 6% fat
